Return, Refund, and exchanges are only applicable for online purchase order(s) created and completed from our official website (www.maxracing.co).
For Malaysia Orders
The return policy is quite straightforward. If you’re not satisfied with your products purchased directly from our Max Racing Exhaust official website. You can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Our team will check and process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges and any additional fees (including transaction fee and platform commission fee if purchased from any other marketplaces). Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account if the return is valid.
For International Orders
If you’re not satisfied with your products purchased directly from our Max Racing Exhaust official website. You can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Our team will check and process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges and any additional fees (including transaction fee and platform commission fee if purchased from any other marketplaces). Please note it may take up to 7-14 business days for the credit to appear on your account after approval of the returned item.
Custom-made Max Racing products are products not listed on our official website (www.maxracing.co).
*Any custom-made, special-made orders and orders paid via installment, order cancellation, return, and refund is strictly not accepted.
For order cancellation prior to shipment, a surcharge of 20% cancellation fee (includes currency transaction, bank charges, processing fee, cancellation service, and other service charges) will be incurred where applicable.
For cancellation of an order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. An 20% surcharge of the value of the refund goods will be made upon our receipt of the returned goods.
- Any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted. If the item delivered is the correct item ordered and is not defective, it will not be considered for a refund.

Before Requesting A Return
Please check that the products correspond with the following conditions, in accordance with our terms of the sale:
- Returns or refunds will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase, any returns, refunds, and exchanges will not be issued after 30 days of purchase.
- You must have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt)
- Items purchased under installments and or are custom-made items are not eligible for return & refunds.
- Returns are only accepted if the products are in their original state, undamaged without any used/ installed sign, cut, welded, scratch, or any physical dented by any parties, still baring all labels, safety film and special accessories included, any free gifts, vouchers recieved with it.
- Consumables such as filters, filter covers, rubber mountings, etc cannot be returned.
- Any item that was purchased for someone else who simply doesn’t want it is not eligible for making refund or return.
To return an item, you’d have to contact our customer support/ services and follow the three steps below:
- Pack the product into its original packing
- Attach the label with the address given by our customer support onto the package/parcel
- Ship it back to us
Please notify us and prove your return shipment receipt to our customer services if you have applied for any return shipment. Our customer support will revert to you when your return shipment arrives at our site. It is encouraged that the return shipment should be sent using a courier that provides a real-time update that allows both parties to track the parcel at any time.
For Return Of Defective Or Wrong Item Received
If the external packaging of the delivered parcel is visibly damaged:
Ask the courier if he could wait for you to check the condition of the products. If the courier agrees, check the product and reject the package if it is damaged. You will need to take a picture of the parcel for claiming purposes later.
If the purchased item received is damaged, dented, or broken upon arrival and the courier had left:
Please contact our customer service within 24 hours from parcel received with supporting documents as proof:
- The original commercial invoice in the parcel
- Photos and or videos below:
- the parcel received (with delivery number/airway bill number) before unboxing,
- the parcel opened with the item inside,
- the item, and
- the defective area(s) of the item.
If the wrong item is received
Please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt.
Please Take Note
- A returned product without a return shipment receipt and/or notification with our customer service will be an issue, in such circumstances, the unknown returned refund/return payment shall never be made.
- You will be required to cover the return delivery fees, and our team will check the returned product before refunding your previous payment.
- Refund amounts and or return and exchange products approvals are based upon inspection of the state of the product returned. Under certain circumstances (eg. badly damaged products upon delivery, suspected man-made damages, etc.), refunds/returns/exchange will not be accepted.
- Your refund payment will only be payback to the original payment method either by credit card, VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, or direct bank transfer. Our team will never make any refund payment to ANY third-party payment method or wallet which are different from the original paid method
- We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, return, exchange and refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
- We reserve the right to make adjustments to any terms above if needed.
