Return and Refund for Offline Purchased Policy

Max Racing International Sdn Bhd offers a 30-day return and refund policy for products purchased through any offline authorized dealer, official road shows, events, and any occasion with our officers including face-to-face, and any form of communication.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging. The product must also be unused and undamaged.

The customer will be responsible for paying for all labor surcharges including installation & dissembling, and shipping costs and taxes associated with the return. The customer will also be responsible for a 20% management fee of the total eligible return & refund amount.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been modified.
  • Products that is/are counterfeit.
  • Products that have been used improperly.
  • Products that have been damaged by the customer.
  • Products that have been purchased from unauthorized dealers or third-party sellers.
  • Products that have been purchased with a discount code or promotion.

If the product is returned and is found to be eligible for a refund, the customer will receive a refund for the purchase price of the product, minus the 20% management fee. The refund will be processed within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned product.

The company reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the product does not meet all of the conditions.

How to apply?

  •  The customer must provide the following information to our team in charge:
    • Customer contact details for
      • Name
      • Email
      • Phone number
      • Product purchased SKU
      • Which car model that installed the products
      • What did the car modify previously and recently
    • The problem that you are facing, and how that happens with proof using photos & videos
      • i) Engine bay photo.
      • ii) Photos of the complete exhaust system.
      • iii) Show the actual parts installed on the car.
  • The customer must present the originally purchased invoices with the date and the authorized company chop signed invoice.

Eligible return & refund amount

The calculation of eligible return & refund amount mainly covers only the product cost based on the date of the original purchased official minimum price, without including any markup from any party, installation labor charges, any services, taxes, or shipping fees during the purchase.
