All orders are usually processed for delivery within 1-3 working days from Max Racing headquarters located in Penang Malaysia after payment confirmation between Monday and Friday (Holidays excluded).
For special custom-made products or items that are not ready in stock, production and delivery time (by different shipping methods) will vary as shown in the quotations:
General item: 7-14 days
Special made item: 20-30 days

Order Tracking
Order tracking ID and notes will be updated in your mailbox once the parcel is ready for shipment. Parcel movement will be based on selected courier companies’ tracking system updates. You can also check the delivery updates in your account’s “Order update”, or click here.

Pos Laju & DHL eCommerce Courier service, usually arrives within 1 to 7 working days.
East Malaysia
DHL, Pos Laju courier service usually arrives within 2 to 14 working days, the actual range may depend on your selected courier during payment at the checkout page, rural areas might take a longer time.
*In special conditions (rural areas, etc), DHL Courier service, might change to other courier services depending on the local best shipping provider.
International Delivery
FedEx international courier service, 1 to 7 working days with real-time tracking. EMS will take a longer time frame from 7 to 60 working days.

If you choose an item that cannot be shipped internationally, we will let you know during the checkout process on our site. If you are in Malaysia, we can ship any product to your hotel or to a nearby store for pickup.
Shipping Costs
By default, all shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the shipping parcel’s volumetric weight & its actual weight based on your delivery address. Our AI system will automatically assign the best available shipping company to your cart. (With custom declaration services included)
Max Racing shipping formula calculation rate is based on the actual real-time rates with discounts given by the courier company. Fuel surcharges, handling surcharges and custom declaration services are included.
A large/oversized product (>120cm) will be charged with Jumbo size delivery fees which are charged directly from the order selected courier.

- International orders cannot be shipped to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.
