Max Racing Exhaust warrants all original hardware products contained in their original packaging (“Max Racing Exhaust Product”) against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions. This coverage is valid for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original registration by the end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”).
Please be advised that all claims made under the Max Racing Exhaust One-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty are governed strictly by the terms set out in this document.
Warranty Eligibility & Registration
The warranty applies exclusively to original Max Racing products accompanied by a valid invoice and a registered warranty profile. To streamline the process for our digital customers:
Official Channels: For any orders placed through our official website, official Shopee store, or official TikTok store, the warranty is automatically registered using your unique Order ID and the date of purchase.
Third-Party Purchases: Products purchased through authorized dealers must be manually registered with proof of purchase to remain eligible.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to non-authentic or counterfeit items, even if they bear the Max Racing Exhaust name. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover:
Wear and Tear / Consumable Components: Parts subject to natural degradation, including but not limited to batteries, heat-resistant fiber, cleaning liquids, and vacuum hoses (e.g., hoses damaged or cut during installation).
Maintenance-Dependent Parts: Air filters are excluded unless a defect is proven independent of required regular maintenance.
Cosmetic Damage: Including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, or discoloration due to heat.
External Factors: Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquakes, floods, or other external causes.
Improper Usage: Damage resulting from third-party components or improper installation.
Unauthorized Alterations: Products that have been modified without express written permission from Max Racing Exhaust.
Identification Integrity: Products where the Max Racing Exhaust logo or serial number has been removed, defaced, or altered.
Administrative Lapses: Cases where the product is unregistered, the warranty has expired, or the user cannot provide verified registration details.
