If you receive an error message related to debit/ credit card authorization failure, double-check that the billing address and information on the debit/ credit card match your account billing address, try re-entering your card number, CVC or security code, and be sure that the card is current (not expired) and valid. After validating the information you’ve entered and an error message is received on a second attempt, please call your bank/ financial institution for further assistance.
For international customers, most of the time might be because the card’s daily international transaction limits are either not activated at the amount planning to spend or your purchase had exceeded your international transaction limits set. You can
- Activate/ increase the international transaction limit of your debit/ credit card on your bank apps/ online bank portal (the Card does not present physically).
- Call your local bank or financial institution to activate or increase the international transaction limit on your credit card.
