How to pay via monthly instalment?
Enjoy Max Racing Exhaust upgrade via 0 interest bank instalment payment! Your order will be send out once first payment confirmed.
Applicable for Malaysian only via Shopback Payment Method.
- Please Create & Log in to a Max Racing account
- Upon application, please get ready these documents:
- Bank card (any Debit / Credit)
- National ID (ie: Identity Card)
- An active phone number that is able to receive verification code)
- The instalment payment amount & schedule will be shown in a scheduled timetable.
- Key in payment card detail for the payment then process with the instalment application.
Our team will send out your ordered parcel once the first payment is successful.
* Please noted that personal data verification is required to unlock higher available instalment credit limit. Normally allowed amount is around Rm1600 per Malaysian person per account.
How do I reduce down the shipping cost?
By default, all shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the shipping parcel volumetric weight & its actual weight based on your delivery address. Our AI system will automatically assign the best available shipping company to your cart. (with custom declaration services included)
Of course, when come to the wholesale & retail business, shipping costs stand a big gap in the margin, but how do we reduce them? The first kilogram is always charging higher, while the following weight & charges increase reasonably.
Some may ask, what is the shipping formula Max Racing calculate?
The rate will be calculated based on the actual real-time rate with discounts given by the courier company. Fuel surcharges, handling surcharges and custom declaration services included.
Seeking discounts for shipping costs?
Chat with us (Minimum order size starting from 100kg per order), larger order sizes may get a better rate from shipment discounts, we support palletize shipment too.
Where to install after purchase?
Almost all of our products can be installed at any exhaust workshop with simple welding work. Air filters & air intake systems can be installed via “plug & play” using general tools.

How long does it take to deliver my order?
All orders will be sent out from Max Racing headquarters in Penang Malaysia.
The ready stock item will be processed & shipped out within 1 working day.
For items that are not ready in stock, (General item: 7-14 days / Special made item: 20-30 days) schedule production + delivery time as a selected shipping method.
*handcraft takes time, please be patient.
Our team will contact you in advance if there’re special production period more than the above time frame.
How to track my order
Order tracking ID and notes will be update in your mailbox once we process to shipment. Parcel movement will based on selected courier companies tracking system update.
